Dr. O'Gara has been a staple of pediatric emergency medicine in Rochester for over 20 years and is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric emergency medicine. As he has done in the emergency rooms of multiple Rochester hospitals, and now in the rooms of his primary practice, Dr. O'Gara is here at West End to serve our community.

Adam has more than a decade of experience in the pediatric ICU, as well as in the pediatric emergency department at the University of Rochester. He specializes in emergency and urgent care of acutely ill or injured children.
